Super Healthy Antioxidant Breakfast or Snack

If you are like me, then you have been running here, there and everywhere with little time for making high quality meals.

By high quality, I mean nutrient-dense and antioxidant-rich.

But no worries because I have discovered this incredibly simple, yet delicious, super nutritious and high antioxiant recipe to start your day and keep it going.

The best part, it takes less then 5 minutes to assemble:



1.  Mix almonds, cashews, cacao nibs, goji berries (you can also add flaxseeds and chia seeds and sprinkle of bee polen) in the proportion that appeals to you.

2. Toast Ezekiel bread and then spread almond butter over it.  (You can also use penut butter, but studies show, that almond butter is better for your health).

3.  Sprinkle almond-butter-covered toast with the nutritious, antioxidant mixture from step and you have a super breakfast or snack to go!

4.  Enjoy it with hot greet tea for breakfast and/or bring some to work or school for healthy super snack.
